When I called the company to schedule an estimate, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was given an appointment within a couple days. I met with Ricky & Mario. They inspected the outside and inside, they were very thorough. The gentleman were prepared with a presentation and the 2 options of roofing they installed as well as samples, colors and materials that would be used for the roof. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and quality of the install. The first day was not what we were expecting, there were issues with demo clean up and communication. It was resolved by the second day professional and timely manner.
I gave them 4 stars only because nobody is perfect. We only have had our roof for 2 days. We have had winds gusting to 40mph and rain in those 2 days. The crew was able to get our roof done in 2 days on a Saturday and Sunday. Victor and his crew did a beautiful job, they worked 10.5 hours the first day and 5 hours the next. It was 2 of the nicest days of the week. I was called several times to see if we were satisfied with the work and crew. We have had 2 inspections to check workmanship and everything is good. Satisfied with the work that was completed on my roof. Could have done a better job with communication from the installers as to the time they would arrive, but did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Found a few tacks here and there I would recommend purchasing a magnet to assist with finding them once the job was complete as my dog could have stepped on one. But no major complaints. Install was completed as promised within the day.
