Super nice and very informative about their products. Did quick work with the install. Was contacted multiple times to make sure everything was done to satisfaction and that we wer happy with our new roof.
We contacted Erie Home to get a new roof installed and was pleasantly surprised on the professional responses from the Managers on down. Believe me, I had a special few of them on speed dial 24/7. Everyone we came in contact with was very informative and helpful. We spent several days and phone calls with them and they aimed to please our request. Erie homes representatives worked around our schedule so that we could meet and discuss our needs. After discussing what we were looking for they showed us their options that fell within the same field and talked with us until we were satisfied with making a choice. Their team showed up early and finished early. Everyone I met through Erie home was personable and professional. The new roof looks great and I'm happy with the work that was done.

The roof looks wonderful. We were very impressed with the rep who came to our house to perform the estimate. The actual installation did not go as smoothly as it could have. The installers showed up one day and no materials had been delivered. In the process of removing the old roof the installers dislodged a vent pipe in the roof which caused a water trap to break and a leak in our basement.
