Perfessional work they finished in 8 hours and they cleaned up the debris I couldn't even tell that their was anything on the ground

Our experience with Erie has been mixed. Not long after the new roof was installed, leaks occurred in 3 different places. It seems likely the leaks were associated with the large skylights we have. The company responded promptly and attempted to repair the leaks, but the first attempts at repair were not successful. After an especially strong rainstorm that produced a serious leak and some damage to the ceiling of one of our rooms, the company returned again, and this time did what appears to be an effective repair. They were fine. The construction was fine. The product is fine. The price and sales tactics are antiquated and predatory. Just be aware that you have to tell them no and get another stone clad metal roof qoute to talk them down with otherwise they will absolutely walk all over you on price. The financing was fine and eventually we agreed on a reasonable price for the product. Erie Construction did a stellar job on our roof replacement. Most amazing of all, they completed the entire job in one day! Arriving at 7AM right on time, they immediately attacked the project. It was obvious this team has worked together for a long time. With 7 workers, they divided up the work and just went to it. No problems at all. When we met with the rep to discuss our options for our roof, he was very detailed, provided samples and examples and was patient while we discussed our options. The process was easy! Erie took care of the permit, dumpster and clean up. They did a final inspection and walkthrough with us.

The salesman came to our home to inspect our old roof and gave us a price for replacement with different materials. He was very knowledgeable and personable without being pushy. He worked with us and assisted us with financing. The installation was even earlier than originally projected and they completed the whole roof in 1 day. The installers were neat and courteous. They cleaned up after the install quickly and without being asked. The quality of the roof is great and we have peace of mind with Erie's excellent warrenty..... read more
