Sales tax explained everything before the job was even accepted the crew was on time took them a day to get the roof torn off and replaced and they're very clean they had everything cleaned up when they finished didn't find any nails roofing material anything and they also cleaned my gutters out while they were there awesome crew recommend them to anybody

I really liked working with Erie. The salesman was very informative and courteous. He waited patiently while I got an opinion about the quote from a friend who works at a home improvement store. The quote itself was done in a few hours while we talked about the options that I had. An inspection of the roof and attic was done. I would recommend that if you have an attic that is not used often, to please clear a way to access it. The salesman was kind and helped me move furniture to access the attic. First and foremost we appreciate our conversation with ****, your sales rep. He did a great job of explaining the products and what results we should expect. The weather was a major problem that delayed the work being done as soon as they had hoped. Following the completion of the project, we had some questions and they gave us answers in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Erie for roof replacement. We first had *** come out and do an inspection. He was on time and very professional. After the inspection he explained everything to us, what he found, what caused it, what he recommends doing about it, and their products and materials. In addition *** was very honest about the cost of having Erie replace the roof and what the differences where in the materials and why the prices varied.
