The experience with Erie Construction was wonderful. From the initial contact with Nick (the sales Rep), to the final inspection with Adam. Each of the Construction unit's were thorough, curious and professional. We were (and still are) in close communication as things came to a close with final retouch The materials are superior to any other we'd known of. My wife and I live in a Home made in 1911, Erie did a wonderful job with the representation and the finished work, these guys didn't leave our home until we were satisfied with the work and minor issues which is always expected, we had Jose the foreman stood by and always assuring us how the work was going. Loved their service! The initial process was very thorough; they knew their product and were very patient with all of my questions. They helped find an option for our budget and didn't push for anything else, which I really appreciated. The communication was awesome with the build planner and the team. All of the neighbors have complimented the new roof and I plan on recommending Erie to all of our friends.

I would recommend this company to family,friends & neighbor for roof work. They did a really good job,were timely in their work,respectful of our property & forthright answering all my questions & concerns.
Company was very knowledgeable about their product and materials used. Sales process was quick and easy. Communication has room for improvement once a sale has been completed. Went a while without hearing from anyone, leaving you wondering when the installation would begin. Once you get an installation date, communication was improved. Installation was quick. My amazing new roof is beautiful! It makes my 20 year old home look brand new. The metal tile is a quality product that will outlive me. Erie was great to work with and their install crew did a fantastic job with installation and cleanup. I highly recommend this company.
They were pleasant to work with. We were upset we didn't get notified of material delivery and installation date. Workers moved items out their way and weren't very careful.
They were flexible and adapted to last minute schedule change. Showed up on time and worked basically non stop until the job was done including meticulous cleanup. Their attention to detail was impressive.
