Erie construction was prompt and professional. They kept me informed on every aspect of the process for my new roof. They were very good with communication and they finished when they said they would finish. As you know, roofing is a messy undertaking. ********** cleaned up so well that you never would know there was a old roof on the ground at one time.. I highly recommend them. Communication for me Is the key in any successful business and they exceeded my expectations on communication and expertise of installation.
We recently had a new roof installed by Erie, and the experience was very positive overall. Although the sales pitch and decision-making process were quite lengthy, taking up about four hours on a Sunday afternoon, the actual installation was swift and efficient. Work began promptly on Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday. We opted for fiberglass shingles, which not only look fantastic but are also expected to last for the next 30 years. The salesman and the surface lady were very kind. The roof looks really nice. The crew cleaned up everything nicely. My only objection is I was notified by the village of ****** that I didnt get a building permit. I always saw the contractor took care of that.
