Very pleased with my whole experience from sales men to the installation.
We had a great experience with Erie construction we had them install a new roof for us because our old one didn’t have the right air circulation, they did great, always on time and great at listening to our needs. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling he also wasn’t trying to push me into buying a roof the people that called were all very nice and easy to talk to
After I agreed to have Erie do my roof, the only glitch was that I was going on vacation for 10 days. When I returned, the roof was scheduled and completed within the next week. They arrived on time (7:00 is real early for me). They had only 2 problems. It was hot, so they had to have a 2 hour break in the afternoon. Erie made sure that my roof was done to my satisfaction. The roofing crew did there job and made sure they cleaned up after they were done.
Very impressed with the quality and professional work, and the speed in which they got it done.
We contacted Erie to explore the options for getting a new roof installed. They came out quickly and answered our questions. While their quote was higher than others, they offered a payment plan as well as a decent warranty that made the added cost worth it. I will say their underlayment was the seller for us. I have a lot of knowledge in roofing products and being able to see the material, I knew it was a better product than most underlayments.
