The employees are very knowledgeable about each part of their job. They are able to explain each of their products and really made the process enjoyable. They got the job done in a timely manner and always responded quickly to my calls and texts.

He was extremely helpful with every step of the process. It took about two weeks from contract signing to installation. The install team was too notch and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I was very impressed with the presentation the sales team gave me showing the difference in quality between the materials. **** uses compared to the industry standards. There is a night and day difference in the quality and durability of the materials they use compared to what they showed me what is standardly used these days in the industry. Erie Home did a great job installing our new roof and gutter guards. Completed in 1 day, the team of workers were seamless, and cleanup was thorough. From sales to install, nothing but good to say!
We were very pleased with the professionalism of the representatives. The roof was installed as planned and the installers were courteous and treated our home and landscaping with great care. The roof was installed in one day and the crew cleaned everything up before leaving! We are very pleased with the roof as well as the interaction with all members of Erie Home that we met!
