From my first contact with sales department , information was expansive, questions almost all were answered in basic contract, specific questions were delt with by contractor without complaint. Work crew efficient. Courteous , and professional in their work. Most of all when all was done no random bits of roofing or nails lying around the yard. I have already recommended your company to others and am pleased that Erie's reputation is supported by its employees.
During the original materials sales presentations I was highly impressed by your roofing products. The construction crew was friendly and courteous. The crew utilized careful measures to prevent scrap materials of the old roof escaping onto our shrubs and lawn area. Only on that last Saturday morning while completing the job and working in snowy and windy weather did some of the small scraps of old roofing apparently escape onto the lawn around the garage portion of the roof. They were extremely professional and helpful. Our roof was leaking so they put a patch on it until they could get the shingles to replace it. They also bumped us ahead in line to replace our roof because of the leaking problems. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. Would certainly tell others about their wonderful product and professional work!

We enjoyed meeting ***and ****They are great people who sold us right away. The roofers did very good and we love the look of our new roof. Thank you for introducing us to the fiberglass shingles. We would recommend this company for all.
Everything was great! We had a great meeting to discuss what I wanted and needed. They did everything we discussed, kept me informed during the job and great follow up. I was especially surprised of the clean up afterwards. It truly was cleaned up. I was also was impressed by the speed of the job. They had a crew big enough to handle the project. Very polite crew I might add. The best part is the warranty. If I have a problem, I just have to make a call.
They were very professional. The sales associate knew the products and benefits. The installation personnel were very efficient and quick, and the clean-up was completed properly. I would recommend them for any type of roof that you may want!!
All things promised was met . Installation and clean up were great.
