They followed through even after the sale. They rraised the roof. It rained and snowed and the wind blew. Roof is still pretty. The warranty appears really good. That's about all I can say until I get more experience over the 25-year expected lifetime.
The whole time everything went well and quicker than I expected. Things happened just as the said. No surprises, don't even hear the rain now. Our getting that done brought all kinds of compliments from neighbors and friends. Very smooth and easy process. Great job!
The salespeople we knowledgeable and friendly. The installation crew was professional, arrived early, and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. They even fixed an issue they encountered during install without issue or inconvenience to my family. A quality job very well done!
We like the way our roof install went. There was an issue with the first contractor not showing up when he was supposed to. Erie was on top of it and had another contractor out the next week. He was awesome and did a great job. We are very happy with the end result.

Professional with a product that is made to last and a warranty to back it up. They not only completed the job in two days but went the extra mile to put back my lightening rods how they should have been attached in the first place. I love their way of sealing the roof and venting it. Never seen a better solution.
I liked that the materials are better than what you get at the local lumber yard.
