David M I'm very happy with the new roof that my home has. The team was very dedicated to their work, and they even laughed at my corny jokes! I will certainly recommend Erie to my friends! I did pick up 22 little roofing nails out of my lawn where the dumpster was. At least I was able to find them before they bit the tires on my lawn mower! :o)
Only down fall when they arrived they didn’t notify us that they were at my home. They came a day early, but kinda glad because the next day we had rain and much more busier schedule. Cleaned up well and even dragged a big magnet to pick up the nails. Project manger came to look at the project and take care of the workers’ needs, and answered any questions along with an explanation. Last thing if you have LeafGuard make sure you notify everyone including your gutter people of the project for the warranty aspect.
I am pleased with the roof installation performed by Erie Metal Roofing on our home. The work was efficiently completed in two days. Cleanup was ongoing and finished within an hour of the roof completion. No surprises and minor window screen damage was addressed and repaired. Roof looks very secure, and no more problems are anticipated for many years.
