We recently had our roof replaced with Erie’s proprietary metal roof. We could not be more pleased! It came out better than expected and was finished in record time. I especially appreciate the project manager ****, who undoubtedly loves what he does. He directed his team to perfection. We saw this company on Facebook. We had been talking/thinking about a new roof for awhile. I answered a few questions and they called shortly afterward. We set up an appointment for a Saturday morning because my husband and I work different shifts and only available together on a Saturday morning. we are very pleased with our erie roof.the sales rep did a fine job of explaining every thing we asked about the shingles we picked out to use look awesome and the installers did a very good clean up afterwards. i would recommend Erie anytime.
My experience with Erie has been nothing but positive except for the cost which was shocking to me because it had been years since I had to have a roof installed. As far as the installation of my new roof, I have nothing negative to say. Everyone from the salesmen to the installers were very professional and courteous. I am very happy with my new roof and my 30 year warranty.
We were pleased about the work that was done. They were on time and completed the work in one day, start to finish. The communication between us and Erie was good. We are currently waiting on information as to vehicle tracks left in our yard by the work vehicles. Otherwise we are satisfied.
I am glad to have my roof replaced by Erie Roofing The salesman was helpful and courteous. The process was easy. The installers were very professional and spoke English well enough to communicate well with me. They cleaned up all debris and finished in a timely manner (had a few rain days)

Good vibes start to finish, all of the staff was professional and courteous, the installers went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the windows, and we're already saving money on our utilities.
