The installers were amazing most of the whole procedure was an amazing event we did have a few things that got in the way but things happen overall I think it was a pretty good experience thank you very much for everything you guys you're great
From start to finish they communicated well and responded promptly. The roof is beautiful and the roof vent they installed along with the roofing materials have significantly improved the cooling capacity. Our home has been much more comfortable. This is the first time I have been through this process and it was very pleasant.
Erie was professional from the very first call. We are very pleased with the service and the final product. Our roof looks amazing and now gives us piece of mind. I would definitely recommend Erie Construction!!
From sales to install, Erie Home/Roof was as promised. Sales staff was knowledgeable and direct, laid out the advantages of going with the company and told us exactly what would happen. Materials were delivered efficiently and courteously. Installers arrived promptly and worked professionally and efficiently on one of the hottest days of the year. Roof and house look fantastic.
The sales crew did a great job and helped with any question I had during the process. The instal crew was great as well and even helped with the company that dropped off shingles hit my mailbox. Only issue I had was the price but after seeing the quality of work I can’t even complain.. I had an insurance deadline they worked with me to meet and get the job done right. Aside from having to go back and forth about the mailbox issue I highly recommend
Sales response was quick. Quote was reasonable Job started about 2 weeks after I accepted the quote. The job was then completed within a 1 1/2 days on a 2000 sqft roof. Everything was clean and neat when finished. No mess what so ever. Very satisfied so far.
The whole team was great. From sales to installation. Would recommend them every time
Their work was quick and thorough. They called to check in with us that everything was to our satisfaction. I found their people friendly and easy to work with.
Very pleased with work, at this time. It's been just approximately 3 days since roof installed.
