We just had our roof replaced about two weeks ago. The crew was professional and the work they do is top notch. The crew did a great job of cleaning up and the roof looks great. There are many skeptical reviews on line that could deter you from giving Erie your job. Honestly, all I will say is you get what you pay for and Erie delivered on doing an A1 job! Thanks Erie
Erie construction completed our garage roof install during the holidays and the roof looks great! Their follow up and continued responsiveness are appreciated. The team in the field, both the sales personnel and roofers were respectful and knowledgeable. The roofers cleaned up the area completely after the job even after having to shovel snow off the roof. We were so pleased that we have scheduled our house roofing project through Erie Construction.
We found everyone involved to be willing to work with us to make the installation of our metal roof to be as painless. as possible. Questions and phone calls were answered quickly and completely. Erie construction was a class act from beginning to end. The sales process was convenient to our schedule and informative as to what was included. Being able to get 10 year financing was a game changer for us and allowed us to replace a deteriorating roof. The work started sooner than expected, and when they found more damage than anticipated, they fixed the roof and held to the original estimate. Positive: Professionalism, Quality Recently Erie Construction came by saying they were doing free estimates. I knew of their good reputation, so I agreed, even though I thought our house was still a year or two away from needing to be replaced. In that inspection, they discovered rot and leaking in my attic which I was unaware of. Needless to say, that situation was not going to make it through another Michigan winter.
