They were very informed about there products. Which helped me to understand the whole project. The worker were on time did a great job in one and half days. With snow top roof and very cold weather. Also took care of cleaning up the yard. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Service: Roof installation We first contacted Erie because we were interested in their metal shingles. After they did their inspection and went over pricing the metal shingles were out of our prince range so we went with their dimensional shingle. Through this process the sales team was responsive and pleasant albeit clunky to work with. They had just changed from paper contracts to online contracts and our sales rep was having trouble with the online system and we went back and forth a little. This company is absolutely amazing. I love my new roof and I love everything about this company from day one they have great customer service. Everybody is nice and everybody is friendly. I highly recommend them. They are awesome. Keep up the good work. And they are so fast.
