In protecting your major investment you get what you pay for. The staff was courteous and very responsive. ****** and ***** ******* the scheduler did a bang up job.
The company was very professional. My salesman was awesome. Really looked for the best option for me and my family. I really appreciated the honesty. The company worked with my finances to see what the most affordable option could be. We could have worked on the follow up calls a little better, but otherwise the company was great to work with. They got the roof finish very quick as well. Thanks again Erie roofing company. I hope to do more business with you guys in the future.

Excellent customer service! The guys took the time to explain everything to me....with pictures. I also appreciated that any face to face meetings were scheduled around my work hours. Erie's salesfolk we're friendly and informative, and helped us arrive at a sensible roofing decision based on the time we plan to stay in our house. Construction began quickly despite some supplier delays. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Everybody was very nice and easy to work with. I waited a couple weeks before leaving this review so I could be sure of the quality. We've since had a lot of rain and there have been no leaks. The roof looks GREAT, and we're very happy with our decision to work with Erie.
**** *********, from Erie Construction, made the process of getting a new roof simple. He didn't waste my time with the negotiation process, and was able to schedule our service for less than a month from our contract signing date. The crew came out, was friendly and fast, and now we have a great looking roof! Definitely recommend **** and the Iowa Erie Construction team.
We contacted Erie Construction from an ad that we saw. The salesman that came to speak to us was very polite, courteous, and completely explained everything to us--and was not pushey!!! When the crew arrived, they were very considerate, worked hard, and was able to completely finish the job in one day--only taking one break, and that was for lunch.
