Except for the cost, I was very pleased with the way Erie Roofs presented their program, and the efficient way they performed their work and made sure they cleaned up after. I had no idea that getting a new roof costs so much, but believe they provided an excellent product. I wish I had been able to afford the metal roof. Photos now would have too much snow on the roof to demonstrate the work that was done.

Crew arrived early morning. Worked all day. Cleaned up pretty good but they did that in the dark. So a few nails and parts of shingles were left in driveway. All in all they did a good job

I'm very happy with how quickly they got everything done from the initial consultation/inspection to full replacement of my roof. (I only found out over Thanksgiving that I had a leaking roof, and Erie took care of everything really quickly, in time for winter). It was expensive (which is why four stars instead of five), but if you want quality you have to pay for it. Hopefully I won't have to worry about roof repairs for the rest of my life. (30-year warranty should outlive me!)

They gave us a quote for X amount of dollars. Only downfall was they ran credit through several different companies to get the loan. A little miss communication of when materials were being delivered and project to be done. They did work efficiently even with the size of our roof. Did try to keep property clean best as possible. Could have made sure gutters were cleaned a little better though. Was satisfied with our finished roof.

Arrived promptly, answered any questions that we had during the installation of the roof. If they coulbn't answer them, we could call the sales rep and get the answer or any slight problem clarified. They finished in one day, and completely cleaned up best they could. I did find a couple dozen nails on the ground from the roof they removed, but I don't think anyone can work on a roof without leaving any nails behind! All in all, very satisfied with the work that was done and the roof looks great! Than you!

Very attentive to our needs. They completed the job in one day and did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves. The workers where very respectful to our needs as we have dogs and one is not always friendly to strangers. Everything we needed to let the dogs out to use the restroom they cleared the backyard without complaints.

I had the best experience with Erie Home. I have a beautiful new roof. They have this marvelous crew of workers that were so good. In one short work day they removed my leaky roof and installed a really good looking metal black roof. Thank you Erie Home.
