I purchased a metal roof that’s supposed to be resistant to 2 1/2” hail and 120 mile an hour winds. The job that Erie Homes did on the replacement of the roof was great. I couldn’t tell you if the price I paid for the roof is a good price. I would need to know how much each of the materials cost for the amount of area my roof is. The crew got the job done in one day, even with the delays with the shingles getting there later than expected and a short delay for rain.

The inspection of my old roof was very thorough including going into my 125 degree attic! They did an excellent job. I had some leaking issue coming through my soffits by the front door, but they were there the same day I called them to fix it. Just needed a little sealant. This group is very professional, efficient, and tends to details quickly. Thanks for a great job done!
