Service was excellent from beginning to end. The initial inspection of current roof was thorough with pictures of areas of deterioration and damaged flashings. The cost estimate was written in stone with guarantee that any other needed repairs discovered after the roof was stripped down to the plywood platform would be done at no additional cost. Great sales and services until completed staff was also nice
Erie replaced my roof on 8/4/25. I had all my paperwork done in a few days and they were on the property working on the roof shortly after 7 am on 8/4. It took them two days to completely finish the roof and even though they warned me about possible noise and suggested I tell my neighbors, I have to admit they were really quiet. I walked the property each day looking for any stray nails or other safety issue. The only thing that I could find was a piece of the previous asphalt on the roof measuring about an inch. Good job. Erie Home does a good job explaining what they do, demonstrates with the materials they use, and has many other perks. Their fees are up front and they get the work done in the time window they provide. I had them back to replace my roof after they waterproofed my basement.
We decided on Erie because we felt that the product itself was superior to anything weve seen in the roofing industry. We were promised that the same would be true of their customer service and professionalism. They did not disappoint! The crew was very efficient in every way and delivered to us a beautiful new roof and clean job site.
