We had basement waterproofing done. The initial contact was prompt and the information meeting was thorough, all questions answered to our satisfaction. The sales manager was professional and we did not feel pressured. Work was done in the time frame we agreed to even given delays when crews needed to complete other jobs during ours. We were kept informed about what was being done and when the crew would arrive. Everyone was polite. We were impressed by the hard work done by all and pleased with the end product.

The installation was professional and fast. Excellent components it looks great on five separate roofs. The crew made repairs and total replacement of five roofs on the property. Respectful of property.

The crew that came and performed the work did a very professional job. They worked very well as a team and I would gladly use them again. Since this was a job where they were just putting the shingles over an existing shingled roof, I was concerned with how the new shingle would mesh with the existing flashing and how the new flashing around the chimney would be installed. I purposely delayed my review because I knew we had a rain storm coming. During the storm I went up to the attic to check for any signs of leakage, and I ... read more
