Overall I had a great experience with Erie Home. The salesmen were very nice and easy to talk to. Really the only snag was they put a trailer in my driveway that I didnt know about and it made moving furniture a little more difficult. But other than that the roofers did a great job installing a new roof and it looks great!

From start to finish we had contact with members of the team. Weather was not pretty but the install was timely. The roofers helped us navigate their work area safely. They cleaned up before the left for the next day and did the best they could finding debris in the snow.The warranty and the product was what really sold us. We could have waited but with prices going up it might have been out of our reach.

I was pleased with *******, my sales rep., he explained everything thoroughly and even went above and beyond to fix some communication issues with a third-party. I was very pleased with the crew that did both my roof installation and gutter installation. The roofing crew even stayed well into the night to work on my roof. When the job was finished the next morning the clean up was exceptional. Some minor communication issues but all in all a reat product.
