He was very polite, efficient, hospitable, and speedy with information and booking my appointment for someone to come out to my home to do an assessment on my roof. My appt was set for ******** @6pm. My experience with Erie Home for a full roof replacement in September 2025 was generally positive, but not without challenges. The sales rep I worked with was thorough, knowledgeable, and very agreeable . He provided valuable assistance in making the decision to move forward with a full replacement. Though the final price was hard to swallow, the 30-year warranty offered by Erie and the 45-year estimated life of the new roof made the cost more palatable over the long-term. Our roof was over 30 yrs old & we decided to inquire about Erie Homes after learning about their reviews on advertising pop-ups. After calling, the next day a meeting was set up. They showed samples of their products & my husband is a retired carpenter & was impressed w/an improved product. They inspected inside our attic. Surprised that we had wet sheets. We were relieved to accept their contract (also used $**** discount coupon). WORK DONE in ONE DAY! Beautiful results!

I would strongly recommend Erie Home for your next roofing project. We had one of their roofing inspectors come out and inspect our front porch and main roof on our home. He than came in our home and inspected our attic to see if moisture was getting in. Water was getting in, and we even had some mold and golden eye on the underside of the decking.
