I would like to share with anybody interested. That I am pleasantly surprised with the way that my roof project unfolded. It’s rare today when we can find a person or company That their word means something to him. But this company for me anyway I can take it to the bank

I am particular about who works on my roof. One reason is, it's a long way down. I was sure that Erie Homes would all of the up to date safety equipment. They worked around many obstacles. They did a great job on the roof and clean up after. I walked around the house after they left and did not find even 1 piece of trash left behind. The materials they used were top quality.

Rep. Came out gave us the estimate after we made our decision on colors and type of roofing, many choices,we made the down payment. Made the date for installation. The products showed up and were put onto rooftop out of harm’s way. The installers showed up on time. 2 days to remove and install new rooftop. Left neat and clean. While they were super nice and professional on first inspection over shooting on price ended it. Over 3 hours for a sales pitch was completely over kill and it felt more like a bad time share meeting we couldn't escape. They do believe in their product but being nearly DOUBLE the price of every other contractor we've had bids from (5). Also throwing 100k for a metal roof as a number is absolute mental. Do your research and give them 30 minutes.

We were just informed our 78 year old grandmother was charged 80k for a roof replacement. 1400 square foot manufactured home. She was offered a free trip and has state of the art gutters. Looking forward to the Justification of this.
