Eric was very responsive throughout the entire process. He was able to get the loan processed through underwriting and funded in record time especially given the current market conditions. That is a testament to Eric's work ethic and staying on top of all of the third parties involved in the critical path to get us to closing such as the appraiser and the HOA management company.

Erik was readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions and solutions. He was very responsive to concerns we had and able to provide multiple alternatives. His flexibility and professionalism were among his many attributes! Most importantly he was available on a Sunday (Mothers Day) when we needed to get pre approved for our mortgage. It was his action on that Sunday that helped us secure the contract on the property we purchased! Erik is amazing! Tara was amazing too!
