Erik Reed made it great. This was my first time buying a home so I don't have anything to compare to but I truly feel like I got the very best help, advice and attention I could have gotten. He made me feel as if I was his only client and made sure to answer all my questions with patience and detail. Erik was extremely responsive. In addition he was clear and accurate on mortgage terms and conditions. Trying to mediate requirements between my bank and underwriting was less than pleasant but Erik and Tara were flexible and worked with me to find additional avenues to address requirements.
