Erik and the Spencer team made our loan process not only a pleasant experience, but extremely personalized. Eric is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge so that you are very welll informed of the terms and the process. The underwriting process can be challenging but Eric is there as your advocate, keeping you informed along the way. He has a very good team working with him as well.
