Erik and his team were great. Not only did we get a great interest rate ( lower than we expected) but from start to finish the team was there for us. Often we were reviewing documents in the evenings and the team was available long after standard business hours. We even went to settlement in the evening. Thanks again! P.S. This was our second time using Churchill Mortgage with Erik.

Erik provided a great analysis in advance to guide our decision on whether or not to refinance. He also kept it updated as we moved through the process and we were able to see ahead of time what costs were ahead of us and what savings we would see.
