Donna and the team were great to work with. They solved problems that came up like reducing the time to close because my wife and I had a quick deadline to meet, were super responsive and just did an all around excellent job. I would use them again for financing/loans in a heartbeat!
Everything was taken care of without any problems. My loan was very difficult due to not having a job and having a partner. But, the team made it happen and I'm very happy.
I asked my Realtor to recommend a mortgage banker who was very experienced, because my financial profile as a retiree was not typical. It was my good fortune that Donna Lewis was recommended. There were a few snags in the underwriting process and we had to change course part way through, but I was able to get the financing and close on time in the end.
