Our Management Company has recently changed and so far everyone has been super friendly and answered our questions. When Tosha performed our inspection a few weeks ago, she was very helpful, listened to our concerns and took note of all our requests. Hopefully, all requests will be fullfilled. Maintenance portal as well as Payment portal are very user friendly and I love that there are no convence fees to pay rent.

We've had very few issues, but the issues we have had, they respond in a timely manor. (usually next day) No complaints! Plan to continue to rent for them!
