Company will take multiple application fees for same house at the same time and pick and choose whose to process quicker and whose time to waste. They have ypu send all of your documents in just to tell you someone else is getting approved. I’ve rented many times before and this was never the case. Horrible communication. Unprofessional.
DO NOT RENT FROM ES PROPERTY!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE, THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION. My list of problems with ES Property are far too long to realistically list in this review, so I will do my best to condense. Horrible communication. Legal documentation was not only written up, but also signed by prospective tenants with verbiage that was not cleared by the actual property owner. When it was discovered by ES - rather than owning up to the fact that this was an issue that THEY had created, they instead continued to blame the fact that “things were just busy”. Now - prospective tenants have missed out on other properties due to signing a lease that is now completely voided.
RecommendedI have lived in roughly 15 rental properties in the past 9 years due to multiple moves for the Military and this is by far the best one Rental company I have had to date. The application process was quick and painless and we were approved in a matter of hours with a move in date of the following week. There was one little mistake on move in day but it was a technology error and neither the rental companies or my fault. I went in rent.com and found a beautiful home ! I was so excited but afraid to just apply so i wanted to make sure there were no applications on the home i spoke with a Mary Kay who was very pleasant and helpful ! I asked her a million questions and she answered every single one with a great attitude. I thank Mary Kaye because she told me what was necessary to apply and after that it was smooth sailing !!! I look forward to being a great tenant to you guys and having you guys as my rental family !!!
They provide so much care and compassion.... until you move in. Then it’s all to hell. We paid over $25,000 to live in a property for 2 years. When we decided to move, we thought the process would be smooth. Received an itemized list of things to do. Did them all with exception of rinsing the furnace filters. Paid a professional $120 to clean, Sears $150 to clean the carpets and they still withheld nearly $400 for my deposit. Between this and lack of communication, i DO NOT recommend ES PROPERTY mgt.
ES property management, Ellen Stewart and David Treat withheld over $540 dollars from our security deposit. Ellen agreed on charges for carpet cleaning for $200 and they charged $250. They charged for scratches by door jams and touchup paint. **Ultimately David and I were able to come to an understanding and refund agreement. There were mistakes on the refund that David made right. He was easy to work with.**
