1. Called customer service 8 times and could not reach a team member. 2 requested call backs 4 times and never was called back 3. They have the wrong payment date as 1/9/2026 and should be 1/15/2026. 4. Tried using their chat service and same issue as above. 5 chat service said a team member will respond to your email. And it never happened. Overall not a service one needs to be associated with.

17 days, 15 emails, several callback requests, several call ins waiting on hold and phone abruptly disconnects, several chats with the chat system, 3 negative reviews, 5 messages left with overflow team. Cannot get a llive body on the phone unless you hold forever and then they say that they cannot help you. My loan was supposed to be funded on Friday and I missed an e-mail saying there was an issue. Reponded to e-mail late yesterday afternoon and stil l no calls from anyone regarding this. Finally got approved today. Poor customer service.
