I try not to make reviews, but this is something that has been an ongoing issue. Overall the apartment is nice, easy parking, the staff is nice, my unit (2b/2b flat) is super spacious and haven't had any issues. Up until a few months ago I started getting a lot of small pests coming in then it became a type of cockroach I've never seen before. love this area! ALL THE WORKERS DESERVE A 5star! from the manager to the leasing office ladies to the maintenance.
Best apartment complex in the Houston area!! I've lived here for two years and I've been more than satisfied with every aspect. John David, Emily, and Jane have been incredibly helpful with everything and the maintenance guys are great, even helped me jump start my car one day. They all truly go above and beyond for their residents and it shows.

Excellent apartment community. Lived here for nearly three years. Fair pricing, great management team and super helpful staff. Location is awesome especially if you work in the metro area, have children you want in the Bellaire schools, or desire to be near the Galleria area. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been living here for 2.5 years and we absolutely love it. Neighborhood is quiet, tenants are very friendly. I always feel safe walking my dog at night because i usually see others walking their dog. The office does a good job in trying to keep the community in the loop- they have weekly food trucks come by which is always nice if you do not want to cook! I haven't heard of any break ins since being here. You will love it

I moved into my apartment in mid-April, and I've had nothing but good experiences from the time I first toured the property to current. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I was also very grateful they were able to change my move-in date from late May to mid April, along with being able to get in a larger unit. My apartment is perfect and well-maintained, and the community is quiet. I am very pleased and look forward to living here for as long as I am in an apartment!

I am in the process of signing a lease with estates at bellaire and we have hit a few snags. Everyone in the office with whom I've talked to has been very patient and helpful. Victoria especially. Cant wait to live here!
Quiet community with really good staff. They're quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests. Great for dog-owners too, with lots of pet stations and walking distance from Danny Jackson dog park.
