Property is very well maintained and the staff has been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. No issues with noise and neighbors are friendly too.

I've lived at island village for 2 years and dont plan on leaving anytime ************ staff ** really nice and rhere with an open ear about any ideas or concerns you have. They have helped me out in more ways i can list and they truly care about their residents, there's been multiple owners of this complex and they have done more to improve the complex out of everyone and actually replacing things not jusy patch jobs

I live at island Villa Apts. It needs work, as all apartments do but the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I feel the issues I have with appliances and the apartment, the staff has been decently on top of getting them corrected.

I think this apartment complex is amazing! I have lived here for a over a year now. Its very quite and peaceful. They do a good job of keeping the complex clean and nice! The staff members are also very nice and always helpful and polite.
