Best apartment I have ever lived in. The management is always willing to go above and beyond with all of my needs and the maintenance handles all requests quickly, often on the same day. Sheldon the HPD officer who lives here is amazing and I feel safe with him here. Even though my bike did get stolen from the bike rack, this is something that could happen anywhere in Houston. I just keep my new bike on my balcony now.

Great place to live, centrally located and safe. The staff are very friendly, courteous and go above and beyond to make you feel at home and I would recommend Estates at Bellaire to everyone.

My wife and I moved into this property back in 2012 for our first apartment together. It was operated under different management at that time and although they were all friendly, the Berkshire Communities (current staff) is very professional and definitely easy to trust them as your landlord. In three years we never had a service request go longer than 24-48 hrs to repair (emergencies were handled immediately as well). Estates at Bellaire (previously Jefferson Estates) is a great property! Since Berkshire took over last year, improvements have started trickling in. The management is friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are top notch. I was out of town for a week and had a wedding gift coming in the mail from Amazon. I wanted to make sure that when I arrived that evening, I could have it with me for an early morning trip to my friends wedding. NOT RECOMMEND! Don't move here unless you want the trouble or bad mood. Trash is everywhere in the property even they charges $35 monthly. The so-called valet trash actually didn't do their job. Every six to seven days I had to email to this valetliving.com, the trash service company, but without getting any further change. It's so frustrated that AGAIN AND AGAIN you getting trashing not collect. And the property manager here ( A male person) wasn't able to control it at all. Office staff is very unprofessional makes moving process very difficult when speaking to this bitch Mrs. Shay she was very inconsiderate and customer service was not all that. If you don't mind your car getting broken into once a month or every other month then this spot is for you.

This is insane. My roommate and I were supposed to move in Monday 11/4, and on Friday 11/1 we received an email at 4 pm telling us they canceled our lease. We were told when we signed our lease it was not a low income housing unit, but as of Friday 11/1 it is. (Our lease been signed for about two weeks now). I will be as fair as possible because the staff and property isn't completely terrible. What I will say, is that I've lived here for a year and I've slowly watched the decline of the service, cleanliness, and quality of resident selection. We recently underwent a gruesome few months of renovations at the property.
