I called them because I found a truck that I really liked on their website they told me that even with my paid off 2000 Silverado Z71 as a trade-in and 3500 down I would still need a co-signer. After searching online, I found the car I wanted at Ethan Hunt Automotive. I live about an hour and a half away, so I called ahead to make sure the car was still available. The salesman I spoke to (Isaiah), assured me that the car was there and I could come take a look and test drive it. A couple hours later, I arrived at the lot. We were looking for a gray camaro. When we arrived we found out that the gray camaro was actually silver. So we left.
Dealer sent one email after several days saying they tried to contact, but apparently they are not call the number given. We responded to their email and followed up with a phone call leaving a vm. They have never responded. They lost our business.
Responded quick, but when I went to look at the car the salesperson did not know anything about it. Not helpful at all.
Nice salesman, but did noting to get us approved. They were suppose to call us the next day about another finance company, but never did. We actually bought another car the next day and had no issues with getting approved. They lost out on a sale.
Horrible experience, car wasn't available, the car salesman couldn't even remember my name.
They were professional in their response to my interest. However, I had already found and decided on vehicle by the time I received their email. Just how it goes.
Called and went to look at it. Drove an hour and half but it was in the shop. Was told the key broke in the ignition and would be another hour before fixed. Went to eat while waiting only to be told something was wrong with it. Then told of a different suv but it wasn’t there either. Left afterwards with nothing then came back once the other suv was back only to sit in office for over 4 hrs with no one telling us anything. Will not go back
