Called and asked about one of their cars and once I asked how badly damaged it was since it had one accident they just said "I'm sorry I'll call back in 30 minutes" but they never did. So I'm assuming it wasn't in great shape.
No warranty on vehicles but assured they inspect each vehicle thoroughly. Drove 1&1/2 hours to view a vehicle (14 Ram 1500 Laramie) with front bumper pushed in approximately 2" on one side, huge rust spot over head light (two inched wide) and severe two foot dent in running board. Not inspected very well, did not buy and would not trust this dealership.
Long and drawn out then I had to keep calling & getting other salesmen then finally told I needed a co-signer really customer service sucks I'll leave it at that no need for bashing them I'll let their service do the damage
Over priced Toyota Tundra due to excessive miles. Would not come down on the trade. The sales man was difficult to understand due to a language barrier. The over all experience is that they just care About customer service. I wouldn't recommended them to anyone.
asked when I'd be coming in for a test drive but didn't let me know the vehicle I was interested in was sold. Wasted my time.
This dealership has contacted me several times, which I appreciate. I have not yet been there to see the car. Their advertisement for this car is not accurate. It is described as a standard shift, but is an automatic. Also the ad indicates that an extended warranty is available, but the salesman told me that it is not available. Neither of these factors has been changed in their ad so far.
I have researched these types of trucks and I feel they are to high according to the kbb and nada books. I liked the the truck but they did not want to deal
They sold the vehicle and didn't tell me. We drove 2 hours for our appointment , and called them to confirm that we were on our way. No apologise at all.
My email replies and phone call response with Scott at Ethan Hunt Automotives was great.. The respond back timing was always quick & courteous..Unfortunately i haven't had the opportunity to meet my sales rep to purchase my dream car due to the fact my husbands credit union hasn't processed the loan yet..The credit union gets zero stars lol. The app was done Monday& now its Saturday. Soon as its processed my 5hour drive will be Ethan Hunt Automotives.. & I'm praying I'll be driving out in that car!!
