Not having the loaner cae that was promised, not being able to get status from anyone other than Hysein and being in the dark for most of day 9, and when I was shown the final work on my Volvo I said that they had missed a small spot just below the work that was done. Hysein said that that was not included in the estimate. I did not want to argue with him but in my mind if this was missed why didn't someone call me to see if I wanted it done.
