There are however 2 plastic trim pieces on the inside of the trunk frame that are loose. Not sure if they are defective or just need to be secured properly. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality The repairs were completed quickly and ahead of schedule which I appreciated. The customer service I had at the shop was satisfactory, and the fact that you guys can directly communicate with my insurance made things a lot easier. However, the staff left about 4-5 old parts in the cargo area of my car, some were large pieces.
