Was SO annoying to wait another 3 weeks because of the mix-up, and then another month+ before the actual repair. There were no parts to order either, and I thought they'd expedite us after the horrible first impression, but not even an apology. 5 Star : Returned Clean

Which by itself is fine, but the fact I was receiving regular updates until something went wrong is strange. I had to call to find out that the timeline had slipped at all.
