Even when I picked up my car, the skid plate was still missing and I got no notice before pick up and I still do not have any written notice of future repacement of the skid plate. 3.5 Star : Customer Service No call back. I called every week.

5 Star : My Experience It was one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had that started with pulling in to the clean, modern facilities and pleasant waiting room and greeted by the amazing Nancy at the front desk. Nancy was exceptional, friendly helpful, made the whole experience easy. The help coordinating the car rental was very smooth and easy.
