5 Star : My Experience The communication was fantastic. Love the fact that we can always click the link for an update. My car came home like new. Not only did they repair the damage, but washed, waxed, and even cleaned the interior. No one likes to have their car in the body shop, but these folks make it as smooth as possible.

5 Star : My Experience The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The other people in the offices behind the glass did not engage at all. It was almost as if they were not allowed to speak to customers. It might help to have the courtesy of at least a greeting or acknowledgement to help alleviate what is already for most an anxiety filled time about the repair process, costs, coverage and more. Thankfully the quality of repair seems to be top notched and the ownership warranty is reassuring.
