5 Star : My Experience I am so pleased with the work done on my car.including the bumper. As your Consultant said to me the car looked like new and indeed it does. 5 Star : My Experience The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The other people in the offices behind the glass did not engage at all. It was almost as if they were not allowed to speak to customers. It might help to have the courtesy of at least a greeting or acknowledgement to help alleviate what is already for most an anxiety filled time about the repair process, costs, coverage and more. Thankfully the quality of repair seems to be top notched and the ownership warranty is reassuring.
