The salesman explained a lot of things. He was very personable. The office people were very friendly as well. They clarified a lot of things for us. The workers were also very nice. They kept everything very clean.
From the salesman to the installers everything was done as stated and were very professional
The roof was replaced quickly and efficiently.The sales rep. was knowledgeable and the installers were polite and neat. The roof looks great and the sky-lights are waterproof, which was my greatest concern. Job well done.
I don't know anyone's name but the first people who came out, I would recognize them. The installers were really good and professional. Krista, who I spoke with on the phone, was wonderful. Anytime I had a question or problem, I could call her and she was very helpful.
It should boost the value of the home. I liked the Euro-Tech job and their quality. I would recommend them on that basis.
