I loved Jen, who is in the office, but I know that the windows come with a warranty. I'd called Jen to ask when I'd get the paperwork on the warranty. I like the doors and windows but they need better customer service.
The staff at Euro-Tech does not communicate well with their customers. They will keep switching you to different extensions but never answer the phone or return calls.
I like the windows and the quality, but their referral system where they call people is obnoxious and border harassment. They called my sister about 20 times after she said no, that is harassment.
