I was most satisfied with all of the windows. They look nice.

The first windows I had installed were done nicely, but there was a 3 to 4-inch area that didn't have caulk on it. I brought it to their attention multiple times. When next installer came out to install the next set of windows, I pointed it out to him. He told me that they don't use that caulk anymore....
All of my expectations were exceeded!
I was most satisfied with the personal customer contact; they came to talk to use twice. The installer was wonderful, friendly, cared about our needs, and made sure the door was the right way.
It is a great and responsible company. They go through with what they promise and that makes customers happy.
