Highly disappointed. I went to the dealership on Dec 13th , 2021 . The Receptionist asked me if she could help me , I replied that I was looking for the bodyshop , she then asked me , " are you here to drop off a car " , like she assumed that I was a courier , I said , no I'm here to get an estimate on my car . She then asked me to have a seat , and told me the guy that does the estimates will be right with me . Let me add that there is a rollback sitting outside.
