My BMW Z4 (E89, 45k) was in need of some paint and correction work. I worked with Anthony in 04/2020 for this and some service work. He was professional throughout the quoting process and in the end I opted to repaint the bumper (front tag delete), hood, mirrors, and the rear roof section (hard top), along with refinishing the headlights. Bad business. These men saw me as a man with a car they probably feel I shouldn’t have and took advantage of me. I came in for diagnostic check for a check engine light. I was told they called over to Porsche and recommended that I change the purge valve although there doesn’t show any engine malfunction. The options given to me were they can turn the light off and I continue and if it comes back on I can get it fixed if I want. First and definitely the last time coming here. The technicians (if you want to call them that) are probably the worst I’ve ever seen since they don’t know half of what they’re suppose to know when doing simple task and on top of that the prices are within the same as FLOW BMW or Crown BMW so you’ll be better off just going to a certified dealership and last the prices of their cars are priced at high end retail with no negotiation when you can once again go to a certified dealership and get a certified pre owned with a amaz... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had started financing paper work with Will the night before. We decided to obtain a better rate from our bank the previous morning. I spent the early afternoon trying to get ahold of Will - as we were traveling to pick up the vehicle. He didnt call me back. After repeated calls we reached Will and they had sold the car out from under us. Buyer beware these people will waste your time. If you're planning on traveling for a car - dont. I took my 2009 Mini Cooper S to them when it broke down and I thought, “hey I should trust the “bmw mini” expert right?” Never again. They tried to tell me that I needed $1700 of extra work then what was definitely wrong with my car. We denied the service as it was seemingly unneeded. They told me that my car would be vacuumed and washed while there. Had a problem with our Mercedes van that had them stumped. An error code they had never seen before. Very knowledgeable technician, got in touch with Mercedes and thought they had fixed the problem. Unfortunately 300 miles later and the problem started again.

This company quoted one price on service and then it changed after they realized they quoted the wrong thing--originally quoted price wasn't honored. They are typically good for scheduled service, but make sure the work you need done is clear to them. Also, the car was left with the battery detached upon pickup. That only happened once, but it was disappointing.

We are new to the area and needed a place to service my wife's Mini-cooper. Not everybody will work on it, so you have to look around. The vehicle was not running well, so we ended up here. They made needed repairs and told us $600 over the phone. When we arrived, the bill was $700. They said they did not include the diagnostic in the amount given on the phone for some reason.
