0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Since 2 September 21, when I gave you my Jaguar to be fixed, they fixed the body work but they lost my ignition key along with the Jaguar key chain and as of today 15 October 21, I have not received my key along with the key chain...how ridiculous is that in one and half months went by and I have to still use my wife's key to operate...what happens if that only key left is lost?, Totally irresponsible in your part to lose my key and to this date I'm still waiting to recu... read more

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality My dash has a cut thatd a few inches long and that was not there before. Guess it happened during installation. The staff was helpful and understanding during the long process while waiting for the parts that were in backorder to arrive. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Much better etter customer service than Kia. 0.5 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality I wasn't happy having to clean the paper mats and all the plastic out of my car after picking it up. 3.5 Star : Customer Service I had a much better experience in the past. The lady at the front desk isn't very professional when talking to customers, especially on the phone. I don't think I will be back due to dealing with the experience I had with the staff. 0 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I brought my car in for repairs after an accident. I noticed a crack on each D-pillar covers. The insurance adjuster/estimator insisted it was not related to the accident. It wasn't there before the accident, but was there after.
