Evan was great, but the fact that Church Hill sold my mortgage when I was under the assumption that they would not get to me. I would have gone with a different company that didn't sell off mortgages if I have known. Also, it would have been great to know all the documents that church hill might need during the under-writing process as I could have gotten them everything at once instead of piece milling. Even if it ended up not being needed it would have been easier to do everything once.

There didn’t seem to be much communication between Evan & Andrea. We kept being asked to provide the same information, in some cases several times. Close to the end we were asked to provide the amounts we paid for taxes 1 & 2 years ago — with pressure to get it done immediately, that it was needed to get our loan approved. Since we have been living temporarily for over a year it was very difficult to find this information. We had submitted copies of our tax returns for those 2 years already. I was not pleased to have my loan sold to another company before I even made a payment. I chose Churchill because of the recommendation of Dave Ramsey as well as the good ratings. My loan was sold to Planet Lending who has had several issues and poor ratings when searched online. In addition, I cant refi into another company because I have to have my loan for 6 months. When I am using a company to finance my biggest asset, I want to have as much control/choice as possible.
