The thing I appreciated most about Evan is that he always responded quickly to emails and phone calls; even on weekends. He also went above and beyond to address any issues that came up.

I called Evan after listening to Dave Ramsey. Evan was the first mortgage professional I spoke with in 4 years to look beyond a quick online market value. Evan actually looked into comparable market sales and listings after we spoke. He then recontacted me and we put together a plan for my 1st and 2nd mortgage and refinancing. Churchill's rates and closing cost were better than average and they helped walk me through all the mortgage refinancing paperwork. Overall, very satisfied! Eric
