Communication from the getgo was poor. The person who was handling our refinance left and we were never informed. Our realtor had to call in order to get the refi moving. We had to extend the closing date TWICE! The entire experience was disappointing to say the least. Inefficiency and miscommunication reigned! Would never recommend your company to anyone.

Communication would have been nice, especially leading up to closing. We were not given an accurate disclosure until we sat down at the closing table and what we were told the day prior was incorrect to the amount of $4,604. Communication of that error was sent from the title company to Churchill Mortgage. Churchill provided a corrected disclosure to the title company but failed to notify us of the error. To date we have not received an accurate disclosure from Churchill Mortgage.

Process took a long time and we were asked for documents we already sent in which delayed the approval. It was also sometimes frustrating dealing with 4 different people asking for information.

My first correspondence was paperwork that had nothing to do with me. It showed someone else's financial paperwork. Getting someone's private personal information was quite disconcerting. I considered not continuing with my refinance. Through the entire process it felt as though the "right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing."
