Dr. Evangelista is a very skilled ortho surgeon. He is a true Master in what he does! I would not have chosen any one else for the task at hand. My massive rotator cuff healed with amazing results. Thank you.

Hi on 11/25/2014 was the worst day of my life and the best day. Dr.Evangelista saved my son Deven life from a head on Collision car accident when I arrived to Scottsdale Trauma Hospital he was ready to take my son into surgery with life threating injuries he saved his leg and it is now 3/19/2017 and Iam in red of his care as well as my son Deven may need more surgery on his femur.Thank you Dr. for everything

Since my first visit in 2012 Dr. Evangelista and his staff have always been friendly , courteous, and professional. I have had four surgeries, each one successful. I am totally pain free and my mobility is greatly improved. I would recommend DR. Evangelista if you have any joint problems.
Dr. Evangilista and his staff are excellent. They took their time and explained everything thoroughly. I had my procedure and all went very well. Anytime I had any questions they were available or got back to me quickly. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had been having pain in my shoulder and was referred to Dr Evangelista. I was sent for an MRI and found to have a bone spur and impingement. I did six weeks of PT and opted for surgery. I went for outpatient surgery and during surgery several tears were found in the rotator cuff. Dr Evangelista was very kind, explained all that would happen.
