I’ve had both my left & right hip replaced by Dr. Perry Evangelista & his team. Melissa handled all of the details with scheduling my surgeries, & all the important before and after care questions. The entire staff has been so wonderful every step of the way. Dr. Perry Evangelista took his time going over my scans, and explaining every detail before and after the replacements. I am completely satisfied, and definitely would recommend them for your Orthopedic care.
I was a almost impossible case! Had another Dr screw up 3 knee replacements.so I searched until I found Dr.Perry.He had a mess to try and correct, but he did it!! I am very great full to him, he's the best! All the staff is all so great, especially Mellisa, she gave me so much individual care. I would recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Perry did for me two knee replacements which were done perfectly. PT was done by Dr. Falgren and Ken and experienced quick recovery. Top quality experience throughout. 5 star rating. Thanks and can’t recommend highly enough.
My total knee replacement was done by Dr. Perry and everything went very well. Therapy was done at the Evangelista office with Sean and Ken and couldn't have gone better. They are professional yet friendly and empathetic to the pain you are feeling. I appreciated their patience during the first few weeks. I am very happy I chose to go to the Evangelista physical therapy center after my surgery and highly recommend them.
Evangelista Clinic is absolutely fantastic! Dr. Perry Evangelista explanted my infected hip and femur and helped me obtain medical care to clear the infection. He gave me a new hip and femur! I’m very grateful!
