My service experience Chris was great to work with. My only complaint (and not Chris' fault) was my dirty drivers floor mat. It did not have the usual paper mat over it. That has never happened before. When I called in about it, Chris offered to clean it for me which was nice. I decided that I would clean it myself and it looks fine now. Overall though my service experiences have always been very good. I really like the video they make when going over my vehicle.

Radio update Always have the best service. Very friendly staff. Always treated with respect. I would recommend Toyota to friends and family that would like a Toyota. And very happy with the service i received!

Top notch customer service Kay and Scott went over and above at the first service on my new vehicle. Scott checked out the deep rock ding on the hood of my new RAV and touched the the ding up for me! Kevin, who sold me the vehicle, was there and struck up a great conversation with me while I was waiting. I will always come back here.

BEST Staff I had to put a lot of money into my car which can be stressful but the friendly, easy to deal with staff & environment at Evans made the best of the situation for me. Dave makes the customers experience the best it can be and he really looks out for the customer.

Fantastic customer service! Service advisor Dave Cornett was great! I had originally only made an oil change appt but when he was checking my van in he realized I had an outstanding recall. He called to see if they had the part in stock and was able to add this on so I wouldn't have to make a separate appt.

Great Customer Service Took my vehicle in for service and was very pleased with their communication and thoughtfulness in applying discounts in excess of what I received in mailers so the significant cost wasn't as significant as I expected. They really seem to go the second mile for their customers.

Able to fit in an oil change! My son has A 97 Camry that was due for an oil change in April. He blew into town for a short visit July 18 and Dave Cornett was able to work us into the schedule and get his oil change done and his brakes on short notice. Dave is always helpful and works hard to Take good care of my fleet of Camrys (3) that my kids drive! I really appreciate his focus on customer service!
