Needed a tire, got a tire. Needed a tire, got a tire. We went in on a Friday, and they didn't have the tire in stock. They ordered it and in came in on Monday. The tire was changed Tuesday.

The service department was helpful and did a great job. Dave was very kind and explained what needed to be done to my car. I really appreciated the fact that he let me know about a couple of needed repairs that I wasn't aware of which saved me a potential emergency visit. My car is now purring like a kitten!

Pleasant visit No one likes to spend time sitting in the waiting room waiting on their car to be fixed or serviced as we all feel time would be better spent elsewhere. However, Evans make the visit pleasant. Although, they could provide different tv programming other than HGTV or DIY. I bring a book instead.

Met me in the parking lot As I pulled into the parking lot, two service employees were walking across the lot toward the building. They stopped at my car and asked if I was in for service. I explained the situation. My FOB had just stopped working, and I couldn't lock or unlock the doors manually either. They listened and then walked with me to the desk. Tundra - 18,000 mile oil change, soft ware updates Very good service and people there at Evans Toyota. Go on line and schedule your appointment. Drop off the vehicle. You receive a phone call when it is finished and discuss options of added work if needed. Then pick it up at the predesignated time. How much simpler can that be.

Recall The recall work was completed in a timely manner from the ordering of parts to the final repair. I also looked at a new Yaris and had my car appraised. I decided to keep my current Yaris at this time. I went ahead and scheduled cosmetic body work to be done on my car.
